AromaTouch Technique
1st Section (Stress Reduction)
*Balance (5-6 drops)
-Rub spine upwards toward skull
-Pause near heart & move hands around in a smooth clockwise rotation.
*Lavender (5-6 drops)
-Rub spine upwards toward skull
-Palm Slide (rub from spine out & down towards sides of body-3x each side)
-Zones: Zone 1 is along spine, 2-5 moves outwards towards shoulders on each side of spine. Zone 1 is straight up & down, Zones 2-5 curve up over shoulders.
-When done with each zone-pull from base to crown of head.
-Rub ear lobes 3x-from lobe up to top & back down

-Work oil into 3 regions of feet. 1st region-pad under toes, 2nd region-arch, 3rd region-heel
-Zones: Slide up back down each zone. Zone 1-big toe to heel, zone 2-second toe to heel, zone 3-third toe to heel, zone 4-f ourth toe to heel, zone 5-pinky toe to heel. Thumb walk each zone 3x-heel to toe. Do each zone 3x before moving on.
*Peppermint (2-3 drops on FEET)
-Repeat same steps as Wild Orange.
*Wild Orange (2-3 drops on FEET)
-Work oil into 3 regions of feet. 1st region-pad under toes, 2nd region-arch, 3rd region-heel
-Zones: Slide up back down each zone. Zone 1-big toe to heel, zone 2-second toe to heel, zone 3-third toe to heel, zone 4-f ourth toe to heel, zone 5-pinky toe to heel. Thumb walk each zone 3x-heel to toe. Do each zone 3x before moving on.
